UNDERWRITING POLICY

The Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI) underwriting policy is used by Genworth to consider and assess proposals for LMI.

The policy has been made available by Genworth so as to assist those involved in the mortgage lending industry to gain a better understanding of the basis on which Genworth considers proposals for LMI.
